Game Download issues error (0x87e00005)

I have been trying to install forza horizon 4 from games pass but i keep getting the error (0x87e00005) and my game pass subscription is still active and i can install other game pass titles with no problem.

Xbox have been having problems with xbox sever so I am very sorry for the the problems

I had the exact same issue a week or so ago.. I restarted my Xbox and unplugged it. I was then able to download the game.

I found a previous Xbox Forum thread with about the same issue you're having. Instead of listing all the steps people listed I will just link you to the forum. Go through all the steps and see if you can get this error fixed. If none of the advice offered
in the previous thread help, let us know and we'll work on this together.

Hi Marrion, thank you for your response. I have tried all you suggestions and try to install a game, however it did not download and instead i got a 0x87e00005 error code
