Game Download Corrupted

Hello

I bought on Saturday Red Dead Redemption on Us Xbox store,

but when I try to download the game, it getting corrupted all the time.

I did a "Clear System Cache" but is didn't work.

anyone with an idea why it happening ? or what to do ?

Corrupted Game Download

I tried it with neg results. i was able to download the add-ons for Need for Speed Hot Pursuit with no problem and Borderlands. Just not the original game. It still gets to 99% and stops saying can not be downloaded. but it is there corrupted in my memory.
How can i get my game?

That can sometimes be the sign of a region issue. Does your account region match your physical location?

 

face the same thing happened to me but I still do not know fix

 

OK both of you does your account region match your actual region or you at least physically live in the us if not that is probably why

For the best experiences with Xbox live and any online service your physical region must match your account region

 

so if my physical region will match my account region will I be able to download the game ?

or my money is lost ?

and if so, why Microsoft lets us download games from others region if its a problem ?

 

Becausee you can't nor is it recommended

You can create any account region you have want as long as you follow international laws

Now the issue you are going to have is you purchases the wrong content out of region

Meaning unless you live in whatever country you picked it will never download

Rdr is region locked

Along with most triple a titles

For the best experience with Xbox live your account region has to match your actual region unless you don't live in an xbox live region then it will be a lot of hit and miss for you

Its not recommended you make an out of regional account and is clearly stated in the rules
