game dose not install on to my computer

If the game doesn't download heres three things to do that could be wrong.

-Check to make the computer is compatible with downloading the game/Has enough space. *Note that if this computer is a Mac/Apple computer/Laptop, it will not download if you trying to use gamepass*

-Try going thru the login process all over again to make sure that you are logged in so the game can start downloading

I have same problem with the parental account, I cannot log on and the computer dose not let me either.

thanks for the help but still not working with my eathernet cable its wierd my xbox eathernet cable that came with my xbox works but its only 3ft long and when i plug in my other one it dose not work but when i plug it in my computer to the modem the internet
on my computer works whats going on

yeah i would say make sure you have the player open on your computer and try searching for it on your

Xbox, if that dose not work just delete you computer from the Xbox and the Xbox from the computer, and re-sync them.

I play on xbox 1 and the dlc is supposed to be the full version of street fighter 4 with all 44 characters it installs on my xbox but the game its self dose not have any of the extra characters or anything on there
