Game doesn't show up on Xbox One

I bought this game a very long time ago on my Xbox 360 (which I no longer have) Today I was checking the Xbox One compatibility list and saw that it was on there. Although on the store page for the game it says that I own it and has the click box for "download
to 360" the game isn't showing up on my Xbox One

We took a look on our end and did some magic with our tools. Can you go take a look at the Privacy and Online safety again? Your child should be listed there now.

Let us know if not and we'll take another look.

 

Child doesn't show up

In xbox.com: My Microsoft family shows me and my child. When I go to Privacy and Online safety, I only get my gamertag, not my childs. Any ideas?

 

Is there any error message popping up?

 

Originally I was looking at the store page from my Win10 PC and I wasn't seeing any errors. After posting about this yesterday I went to the game's store page on my Xbox. and managed to get it to download from there even though it wasn't showing up on the
"ready to install" list.

However, when I try to start the game I get a popup telling me that I need to insert the game disc or buy it from the Xbox store (0x803f8001), even though as I said earlier I bought this game years ago from the shop on my 360
