Hello, recently a friend of mine bought the Assassin's Creed bundle, and Madden 15; unfortunately when he canceled the download for Assassin's Creed: Unity to finish Madden 15 faster, it no longer shows that he owns Assassin's Creed Unity. He has redeemed
the code, so it should be on his account, it's not on the install tab in the games section and the game store requires he pay the full retail price. Thank you for your time.

Game doesn't show up on Xbox One

Originally I was looking at the store page from my Win10 PC and I wasn't seeing any errors. After posting about this yesterday I went to the game's store page on my Xbox. and managed to get it to download from there even though it wasn't showing up on the
"ready to install" list.

However, when I try to start the game I get a popup telling me that I need to insert the game disc or buy it from the Xbox store (0x803f8001), even though as I said earlier I bought this game years ago from the shop on my 360

Hi there, instruct your friend to go to My Games & Apps then Games and go all the way to the right. Remain there for a few minutes and a grey pane should appear with the title "Ready to Install". AC:U should appear here and by clicking A then Confirm the
download will start.

Has he tried power cycling the console after cancelling the download?

Then check the Ready to Install tab once more.

It might be worth checking to see if
https://commerce.microsoft.com says he owns the content.

I'm sorry you are experiencing this with your Minecraft account.

Based on your description, the error suggests that the system can't find the Minecraft game license on your Microsoft account.

Your Minecraft account must have migrated to the original Microsoft account email address where it was first created.

In order to fix this, you will need to find the Microsoft account where your Minecraft was migrated and where your Minecraft game license was purchased.

Kindly sign in to all of your Microsoft email accounts on account.microsoft.com > payment and billing > order history > select the date of range when you purchased your Minecraft game.

From there, check if you have the Minecraft transactions. If you have found the transactions, use the same Microsoft account to log in to Microsoft Store and Minecraft Launcher.

If you're unable to find the Minecraft game transaction, check your other Microsoft email accounts' order history.

So when you launch a game, the console shows that your gamertag (your Xbox profile) is playing the game, not your daughter's, right?

In this case, please try to remove and add her account from the console, performing a power reset in-between:

Remove Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select System > Settings > Account > Remove accounts.

3. Select the account that you want to remove, and then Remove.

4. Close.

Power Reset:

1. Turn off your console and your router/modem.

2. Unplug all the cables from both devices (power, HDMI, etc..) and wait 2 minutes.

3. After 2 minutes, plug all the cables in again on your router/modem and wait for all the lights to show up.

4. Plug all the cables on your console and turn it on.

Add Account:

1. Press the Xbox button.

2. Select Profile & System > Add or switch > Add new.

3. Enter the email address and password for the Microsoft account that you want to add.

4. Read the Microsoft Service Agreement and Privacy Statement, and select I Accept.

5. Follow the steps to configure your Sign-In & Security preferences.

After that, please make sure her profile is signed in to the console before starting a game and let me know how it goes, please.

Most of the time we just need to perform troubleshooting steps and making sure that the correct account where the game was purchased is signed in.

For cases like this, removing and re-adding the account will be the best option.

The purchase doesn't show up, but i did buy the game on the account, and the character bundle that comes with the game and isn't sold separately does show up
