Game doesn't show up in install

Hi I bought starwars triple pack that is xs optimised it's also able to play on a standard Xbox One that's what I have. After I purchased the game it didn't show up in install or download and I was buggered what to do? So I asked for a refund which I got but I can't seem to find an answer as to what I might have done wrong?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

Most of the time we just need to perform troubleshooting steps and making sure that the correct account where the game was purchased is signed in.

For cases like this, removing and re-adding the account will be the best option.

You mean why it doesn't show up on Games on Demand? Because it is not available on the service yet.

Why it doesn't show up in your games tab? Only installed games appear there. Install the game to the HDD to see it.

It shows it's installed and owned. It just doesn't show up in the games list like it used to.

Hey,

Try manually searching for the game in the store and then try installing it through there.

If it still doesn't show up:

- Do you still own a GamePass subscription?

- Does the game show up at all in your ''ready to install'' or ''installed'' library?

I see. If you go into game manager and add-ons the DLC doesn't show up to be installed?
