    GAME DOESN'T INSTALL!


    I have the game since December of 2015 and it works very well. Recently I have bought an Xbox One S and a can't install the game in my new console, I don't know if the problem is in the console or in the CD. When I looked at the CD closely, I saw marks on
    the sides. I think my cd's messed up.

    I tried all the tutorials on the support and nothing worked. My questions is: can I recive a digital copie of the game instead I destroy the CD?

    Hope for a awnser, I miss play this game!

    doesn't let me install game

    just got brand new forza horizon 3 and it doesn't let me install and i can't look up the error code for the game.

    You will need to get your friend to set your console as their home console and then download the game. Once they have done this you should be able to play the game.

    You will need to get your friend to set your console as their home console and then download the game. Once they have done this you should be able to play the game.
    It still doesn't show up. I can't even download it from the Store page.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    Most of the time we just need to perform troubleshooting steps and making sure that the correct account where the game was purchased is signed in.

    For cases like this, removing and re-adding the account will be the best option.

    Hi Caleb!

    Please confirm on your account order history https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders/ if the game was successfully pre-ordered. Then check your profile on https://account.xbox.com/Profile if it shows the same gamertag you're using with your Xbox console to make sure you use the right account.

    If everything is all correct, try to manually search the game from the Store and install it.

    Please also perform a power cycle. Press and hold the Xbox power button for 10 sec until it turns off. Unplug it from the power source for few minutes. Plug it back in and turn it on again.
