    When I click on play the game opens the microsoft store in game services, but I already have the services installed and the game installed and I don't know how to solve it and that is with all games in the store, I was playing normal, does anyone know
    how to solve that ?

    Can you try these steps to see if your issue is solved?

    Open windows app store (microsoft store)

    Log out from your primary account (in the microsoft store)

    Go to windows services

    Stop "windows update service"

    Erase contents of folder: C:\Windows\SoftwareDistribution

    Restart your computer

    Open windows app store, log in yourself

    Start xbox app (beta)

    Download game

    they are no error codes the thing that happen is as follow:
    when I try to open the game from any source (desktop , xbox app , microsoft store) the game will:
    1- open normally
    2- open microsoft store or if it is already open it will open gaming services page even if it is installed
    3- nothing happen
    4- after half an hour or 2 the game will open

    Hi Josef! Yes, I have successfully uninstalled and reinstalled gaming services through windows Powershell, but to no avail.

    At the moment yes, Forza Horizon 5 is the only game that opens the Microsoft store gaming services page.

    I can't use Win+G to open the xbox game bar while gaming.

    This is not a message that should be normal, what you can try is to run the first command and then open the Xbox app to install the Gaming Services application, when you open the app it will ask you to install it.

    The command that does not work all it does is redirect you to the Microsoft Store to install that application.
