Game does not go past first screen

I installed Win 10 Creators update - after that my solitaire game opens - there is text that scrolls up saying that you must click on any tile to play - but you cannot get rid of this screen. On my pc there is a red cross that you can click to close this
screen and then it goes to the usual screen.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled it many times. It worked perfectly before the creators update. Please assist

Battlefield 4 Premium problems.

My Battlefield does not even wants to go past the SNOW loading screen.

campaign unplayable ?

I tried starting the first campaign and it just stays on loading screen never dose anything.. i tried halo 2, got past first few loading screens then on third it locked up and game crashed.

I'm sorry to see any issues with playing Solitaire after the Creators Update!

To try to see what you were, as an avid player of Solitaire myself, I updated to the Creators Update early on my PC. The good news is that everything is working as expected within the app; I'm able to select a type of game to play and then play that game
upon initial launch.

This does mean that there may be something wrong with the update on your PC. I suggest creating a new local profile on your PC to see if that helps. If it doesn't, then you will need to reinstall Windows 10 on it.

Let me know how it goes! I'm happy to address further concerns if necessary.

Hello ive forza Horizon 5 via gamepass ultimate and i purchased the premium add on bundle to habe eaely access. Now when i launch the game it says iam too early. So i cant use my early acccess on the game (main reason why i purchased the premium add on bundle). So can i get a refund of the premium add on bundle because the game wont start. Iam dissapointed right now.
