Game does not display on xbox.com in 'my games' but I can play it normally through Xbox One.

Hello, I have a problem. I bought Xbox One with two games included:

1) Tomb Raider - Definitive Edition

2) Rise of The Tomb Raider

I redemeed codes shorthly via console after I got Xbox One (around 6 months ago). And everything worked and works fine meaning I can play those games. However when I go to xbox.com and to my profile with my games, there is no Rise of The Tomb Raider. When I
try to put the code again it says that it has been already used but the game does not display there. Do you know how to fix this? How to get my game there?

KOTOR Not Working

I am unable to transfer it to the internal drive as the game is too large. I also do not have Xbox Gold so I can not move it to cloud. I did try transferring it to a different device, (a USB stick) but it still did not launch and the same error screen popped
up. I have also again deleted and re-downloaded the game, but it still does not play/launch.

I've noticed that in My Games, Star Wars: KOTOR does not have a game picture, a display of how many trophies have been obtained, nor does the small controller icon in the bottom corner have a play button (triangle) compared to the other games I have purchased
on Xbox live which play normally.

DVR Not recording

The xbox one-em properly display that captures the video, but the xbox one profilomnál only allowed to see a video of the always-OMN xbox.com it just does not appear in a video game accomplishments

I'm sorry to see any issues with seeing Tomb Raider on the website! If it's not showing up on the website, and the code is already redeemed, you can
contact us via phone or chat support to have them check your licenses to make sure it's attached to your account. Then you will be able to know for sure if it's been redeemed on your account.

As long as phone or chat confirms that for you, then what appears on the website is simply a visual error and may appear in the future.
