Game does not appear in my windows store list of games

To take advantage of Xbox Play Anywhere, you will need to have installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Edition update on your PC, as well as the latest update on your Xbox One console. Then, simply log into your Xbox Live/Microsoft account and your Xbox Play
Anywhere games will be available to download. On your Xbox One, games will show as “Ready to Install” under “My Games and Apps”. On your Windows 10 PC, games will appear in “My Library.”

Also, have you ensured your Windows 10 PC meets the
System Requirements shown for the game? If you do not meet the minimum requirements, you won't be able to run the game.

Check that games appear in your app list in Windows settings. Windows button + i and go to apps, look for games in the list and see if it gives you the option to remove. If it doesn't appear in the list, clear the store's cache and check if the Microsoft Store app can download or cancel the download of games.

Type ''wsreset'' in the Windows bar, run as admin, and wait for the black screen to close and open the store automatically, it takes a while.

Console or PC?

If console, go to my games and apps - is it installed or listed there as available to install?

If PC, load it up in the Windows store - does it show purchased?

Thanks for coming to the forums. Make sure you are signed into the same account as on the Xbox.

1. Ensure you've installed the Windows 10 Anniversary Update on your Windows 10 PC.
2. Open the Windows Store.
3. Search for your game using the search bar.
4. Select the game once it appears under the suggestions.
5. Click Install on the listing that appears.

I had the same issue with the game not appearing in my windows store to download, I had to install the Windows 10 anniversary update first than the game appeared and was smooth sailing from there.
