    A few years ago I exchanged a gift code for Far Cry 4 and now I want to reinstall the game, but it does not appear in my games and applications, and if I go to the store it appears that I have to buy it.

    Make sure you use the account used to purchase the game. Check in the
    order history     if the game is purchased. Then you can search for it into the Store and install it or you can find it in the "Ready to install" section.
