Game DLC purchase error

I bought Test Drive Unlimited 2 yesterday through Games on Demand. Then I bought this $10 15 car pack DLC for it but I did not receive what I paid for. The item will now show up on my recent downloads. It says I did not purchase it when I try to re-download
it from the marketplace. I received a confirmation email about it. Could someone refresh it into my download history

There must be something wrong with the DLC at the moment. If you fire up the game you get an update then the option to buy the DLC from the main menu, but it comes up with an error every time I try to purchase. Its also still showing as unavailable when you go into it from the dash.

GFWL Client Error - "There was an error retrieving your purchase history"

I'm receiving the same error as the people in this and other threads, the "There was an error retrieving your purchase history." error. It's a real shame the games and Dlc we bought are basically gone. I hope they'll solve this.

In any case though, if you can find confirmation of it being charged to your account than get onto Xbox Phone support, they're the only ones to help with billing issues:

This is still an issue. There are no links in the marketplace to purchase or download either the Dreadnaught Assault or Chaos Unleashed dlc. Chaos Unleashed dlc says it's unavailable through the in-game marketplace link, and Dreadnaught Assault dlc still
gives you an error saying you need 4294967295 points to purchase it.

Now where is the breakdown in communication? Is this a THQ problem or an Xbox problem?

Tried to purchase in game and it gave me the privacy update thing, and my privacy setting is adult, so that was a no go. Thanks for the advice, I will give it a few days.

There have been some issues regarding borderlands 2 as of late, many regarding the compatibility pack not downloading correctly. This appears to be an issue with borderlands 2 entirely, and unfortunately there may not be much you can do about it until they
resolve their marketplace issues. My best advice would be to try to purchase it online again at a later time, or even attempt to purchase in game if you haven't tried that already.
