Game dissapeared from my account?

Like a year back, i used to play minecraft on my account, i had bought minecraft back in 2020 and was looking forward to it, yet now, everywhere i look it says that i do not own it? Yet i am 100% sure that i own the game on this account as i even found an email that contains the original receipt!

I asked for support, yet they told me to go here, so here i am, i even looked up my account on namemc and it still exists! So its not like i got banned or anything (not like there would be a reason, i mostly play survival or with friends.)

How would i go on to do this? I have been confused so far.

If you have the confirmation email that Mojang sent about the migration process in the Microsoft account you want to use to purchase the game, and you have the email sent from Mojang about the Minecraft purchase. I encourage you to reach Microsoft support with this information and review the options you may have regarding this matter.

Did you purchase Minecraft with a Mojang account, or did you do it by using the Microsoft store?

In case you purchased the game via the Microsoft store, please check if you're able to see the game in your Microsoft account order history with the status “completed”:

If maybe you're not able to see the game listed there, make sure to change the filter "ordered within" to "all available", and if you have more than one email address, check the order history on each one.

Hi, Harold. You can reach Microsoft support by visiting the “Contact us” page, in case you don’t see the chat or callback option.
Try picking a different category or select the “ask a gamer” option and request them to escalate your request.

Make sure to log in the account that owns the game on the Microsoft Store, the Minecraft launcher and the Xbox app.

Hello, Harold. If you never deleted these emails, you can find them in your inbox associated with your Mojang and Microsoft account. (In case you used a different email address to create your Mojang account and purchase the game)
