until you do. Typically Billing & Subscriptions and "I don't recognize a charge" works for me.

My card is ok,i use it for many online services... my english is rathet bad,im not ready for telephone call) Well i will wait till the fee returns me,and try some more...or even buy a disk...and there is a question...if i buy a game disk can i save it on
the hard disk?

There is no service in the world that will let you play and complete a game then return it a year later if you want to do that you should've bought physical disk and take the value loss

It's pretty obvious that the error is occuring simply because the drive cannot read the disk properly. In some cases, you're going to find that the issue is with the console (The drive itself) and will be resolved by sending it in for repair/replacement.
In other cases, you may find it's a faulty disk.

Try the disk in another console if available. Does it work? If no, bad disk, return it for a replacement. If yes, most likely bad/misaligned drive in the xbox. Open service call in this case.
