Game disc stuck in my xbox one

    Game disc stuck in my xbox one


    My xbox one will not eject a disc. It is stuck in there and yes I tried the manual eject.. It is not working!! what now ? should I just get a hammer out and go buy a playstation??

    you might be thinking I'm stupid for doing this but here me out my Xbox one once didn't turn on and I had disc stuck in it here's what I did I stuck a knife inside the disc drive to fish the game out of the Xbox one I figure out to turn it on I could it
    play the any suggestions I could do

    Hey ToninoDAD2442! Are you able to see the disc move at all when pressing that manual eject? Additionally if you have a Microsoft Store near you, they may be able to assist. Post back and let me know!

    No can not see anything. There is a lot of grinding noises coming out everytime I try to eject the disc. I get no reaction at all when I try the manual eject

    Sorry to hear you are running into these problems. With the Xbox One consoles you don't need to set anything up to insert a disc. Have you made sure that there is no game stuck in the console? Go ahead and follow the support article to

    Manually eject a disc from Xbox One     If you happen to find a disc stuck in the drive.
