Game Disc Not Found Error

I recently bought a new Xbox One S, since my original Xbox One pretty much broke, as the disc eject button on it stopped working.

This new Xbox One S I have, constantly gives me the "Do you own this game or app? error when its trying to read the disc.

"If you have a game disc, insert it now. If you bought this online, make sure you're signed into Xbox Live. If you don't have rights for playing it, you'll need to get it at the Xbox Store. (0x803f8001)"

My old X1 did the same thing from time to time. But this one does it constantly. It normally fixes if I do I hard reset, but even then it sometimes requires more then 1 hard reset. And i've noticed that this tends to happen every time I turn on the console
using a controller, regardless of what controller I use.

It doesn't seem to matter what game I put in the console or whether the disc was already in the console when I turned it on or I put it in after. I can eject the disc, and put it or another right back in, you can hear the console reading the disc, but then
it doesn't auto-start and if I go to My Games and Apps and select the game, I get the same error.

I have to do a hard reset, what a minute and then turn the console back on using the console's power button to get to work right. And seeing as i've had this problem with 2 different X1 models, is this some sort of software or hardware issue with the X1
itself? And how do I fix it?

So since I still haven't gotten a response about this. And it is still happening a lot, regardless of how I turn my X1 on. I'm giving the thread a bump. Because this is stupid, I pretty much have to turn on my X1, then do a hard reset almost every single
time. This is a brand new console that's less than a month old. And it did this on my original X1 as well, but not the extent its doing it on the X1 Slim.

What is wrong with the X1?

 

Still waiting on a response, cause I keep having this issue right when I turn on the console. I keep having to old the power button in to reset it, immediately after turning the console, just to get it to play discs.

Either the X1s hardware or software is defective. No wonder this console is still losing Playstation.
