Game disc ejecting at random

My xbox one console, is ejecting the game disc inside at random intervals through out the day, while playing a game, while using youtube, and even when the console it self is off. I'd like to get some help with this problem,please?

My Xbox one has been both ejecting the disc while in the middle of the game and even when it is off and I have no clue what to do. Also my Xbox will turn on by itself at random times. I need help please.

the disc keeps ejecting at odd times. Turn on power saving, and power cycle, so far no luck.

Sorry to hear you're having trouble, may I ask you to try to unplug the console from the outlet, then unplug the power cable completely? Leave I like this for a couple of hours then try to switch on again and see if this helps your issues.

I know sucks don't it? I tried starting a chat , but I didn't get a response , so it looks like I'll need to send my console in for repair , that or just trade in my current xbox one for another xbox one and hope the new one works better?

 

@xmetawolf: I'd just phone support Microsoft and tell them you did all the steps, then they will ask for your consoles serial number to see if it's under warranty or not. It seems you have access to your consoles home menu still, and you can find it via

oh okay, what's the phone support number? or you know how to find it?

 

I only worry that I'll loose the content on the hard drive, all the installed games, the save game files , dlc , etc
