Why does my Microsoft Solitaire collection load then disappear before I can play?

Could it be that the person resigned? I would suggest you check your Played Games section to see if the game shows up on there.

Hi just wondering how and why a game that's been waiting 6 nearly 7 days for them to play has completely vanished from my "their turn" column? Not in played games or anywhere else. No trace at all... Unfortunately its a player with a no' gamertag, so can't
remember it. Thanks Jooles

For us to better assist you, we need to identify first as to why your game disappears on your computer. There are several possible reasons as to why it disappears. Can you tell us if you recently install a Windows Update on your computer? If not, I recommend
that you update your Windows 10 to check if this will help to show up the game again. To check for updates now, select the
Start button, and then go to Settings (Gear-shaped icon) >
Update & security > Windows Update, and select
Check for updates.

If the issue persists, I suggest that you create a local user on your Windows 10 and check if you will be able to see the game. You may refer to this
