Game disappeared while installing

    Game disappeared while installing


    I was trying to download and install assassin's creed syndicate and the download got above 60% and randomly disappeared while still taking up space on the hard drive. I even played through the tutorial while it was installing, and
    when i went to the home screen the game was in my ready to install folder and starts at 0% like i never started the install, but the space is still taken up on my harddrive.

    My problem is strange, I bought a game code of the game halo 5, I installed it for 2 days and today the installation was almost complete, so I left installing, but when I went to look after a while the installation disappeared, so I thought it was over But
    I'm not finding it in my apps, the game just disappeared from my xbox, I want to know what I can do to solve this.

    my game disappeared after viewing it in the store simply like it uninstalled itself... do I really have to do hours of installing again

    May need to remove and clear a little more space for updates.

    Sometimes it will restart because of lack of room.

    problems downloading games     on your Xbox One console.

    Also, can you please send us your Detailed Network Stats (Settings>Network>Network Settings>Detailed Network Statistics) as seen on your Xbox One console?

    Yeah they download and seem to install, but then completely disappear and for all intents and purposes it seems like I haven't ever tried to install them at all. It's very strange.

    I did install them when they were available but they disappeared and now can't get them back at all.

    It;s the middle of the night here (U.K) so will be a while before I reply again.

    Witcher 2 not playable issue.

    I have the same problem. I purchased the game a while back and it was in my Ready to Install list. I installed it but got the 7.8GB version that would not load. I uninstalled it after seeing posts about the 7.7GB version and when I did it disappeared from
    my ready to install list and is not in the Microsoft Store either on the Xbox or on the app.
