    Game Disappeared off my Xbox One


    Back in 2016, Rise of the tomb raider was available within the Xbox Gold membership games that were available. This was one of my first Xbox purchases, so I bought a 12 month (1 year) membership. Downloaded the game to my console, played it a bit, and
    rhen had gotten busy with work as I had to help my family more with financial issues. I have played the game here and there throughout the years, even as recently as earlier this year- 2020. I started up my Xbox today, and the game wouldnt launch. Said there
    was an error. So I talked to a gamer on Xbox’s site, and followed the steps carefully. The game still did the same thing. When I would go to the app store, it would say I had to buy the 20 year celebration in order to get Rise of the tomb raider. Now, it doesnt
    even show in my owned games, Xbox Gold/ Live Games/ Nothing. I want my game back, that or my money i used to purchase it. Im not happy with that situation.. am I the only one?

    Mines disappeared too.

    And yes I have a valid gold membership.

    My 10 years tenure still shows on my 360 but it is missing off the xbox one.

    My Achievements/game history is missing

    In a previous, now deleted comment, I mentioned my achievements/game history disappeared again, but it's back now. It seems to be an on and off thing, as some people mentioned that theirs disappear and then reappear again.

    I'm just gonna play games, and be on the lookout if my achievements/game history disappears again.

    Sorry, my english is not very good, yes my problem is all my gamerscore of all xbox one game has disappeared, only xbox one game has disappeared, not 360, for example have normaly 218k gamerscore, but now have 76k (its only gamerscore of 360)
