Game disappeared from library

I bought Dead Space 2 on may and I used to play in on my xbox one via backwards compatibility . Today I went to my library to install the game and it was gone. I went to the store and it was like I never had bought, but I certainly did, it is registred on
my history and I have the bill of the credit card that I used to buy it. So what's going on?

Now i have another problem, the game disappeared from my library...

Really sorry to hear about the storage trouble you're having. Unfortunately it's definitely sounding like a storage failure. Do you possibly have a USB drive you can try and copy the save files from to keep them intact before trying a factory reset of your
HDD?

You can also check your order history at account.microsoft.com to make sure that the order is still showing as completed and not refunded for some reason.

If it is showing anything other than completed then more than likely it was refunded for some reason or another.

Hello Kitchn, although the console allows and have the option to pause the download of games, I do not particularly advise much, because when pausing and restarting the download is a different path that the signal makes up the servers of the developer, can also corrupt the file home uses internet has some failure, can give addressing error in the packages and times of the download get stuck, out that it can resume downloading again.

The best thing for you to do is call Xbox Support and show proof of DLC being owned and go back in your payment history on microsoft.com after signing in and that further will help you get your game back.
