Game didn't downloaded but money was taken

Hello, I tried to buy forza horizon 2 + forza motorsport 6 I added my debit card, clicked purchase and transaction didn't realized but money from my account was taken. What i should do? That was yesterday

Didn't take my money

Hello,

I bought GTA V, and it was only $19.99, which was a good deal, however, when I went to pay, it didn't take my money, but downloaded the game anyways. I hope that I won't get banned, and I would like to legitimately pay for it. If a staff member could go
to my account, Lainez55, and fix this, I would appreciate it. I'm on an Xbox 360 console.

The best avenue to take would be to call Phone Support, who have the tools to look into your account and hopefully sort this out for you.

How much room is left on your harddrive? I know when my 1tb was full, after a purchase I wouldn't be able to download the gam but the license and ownership did activate and it instantly show up on the games tab, far right section under ready to install.
Have you also checked this section to see if the two Forza games are listed there?

I tried multiple times last night.

It's OK now though, whatever it was is fixed now and it downloaded now.

I would strongly suggest trying to download it once again, If that doesn't work it could possibly be an issue with the storage device you are using. If you have checked the storage device to see if it has enough memory, Or if it isn't corrupted and it still
doesn't work. I would suggest to call Support and see if you can possibly get a refund ( If you can be bothered ). I hope this somewhat helps.

I have a similar problem with a game I purchased on Christmas that failed to initialize download but payed for the content. It shows in my Microsoft account purchase history as having been purchased and includes an order number but doesn't show up in my
purchase history on Xbox account so can't add to download queue at all and when I go to the game's page on the store it wants me to re-buy it.
