Game demo's appearing as 'Pre-ordered' in My games & apps

I'm having the same problem. The Warthog was a 10MB file titled "Gift Car Halo Warthog".

I pre-ordered the Ultimate Edition bundle with early access on Sept23 and installed the pre-order download. I then redeemed my code from the message which is still in my XBL messages and the 10MB Gift Car Halo Warthog file appeared in my FH3 manage game
files. Then I downloaded the FH3 Demo and played it, the warthog file simultaneously appeared in my manage game files for the demo and the full game pre-order dowload. I then uninstalled the demo and the warthog file was no longer listed under manage game
for the full game pre-order download. I uninstalled the full game and restarted my console and reinstalled the full game pre-order download and the warthog file is not listed under manage game or ready to install. I then reinstalled the demo and the warthog
file doesn't appear under manage game or ready to install for the demo or the full game pre order download. I checked my purchase history and the warthog code redeem does not appear there. I as well suspect that the issue is that the full game has not yet
launched which is scheduled for Sept27. If the warthog file appears for me upon the start of early access Sept23 I'll try to give an update if this issue is still open. If it does not appear I will wait until Sept27 to give an update.

Pre-ordered games should appear in the My Games and Apps section, it should say Pre-Order over the games icon. You can also go to account.microsoft.com and it should list all of your recent purchases on the right hand side. If the game doesn't appear in
either of these lists, call Xbox Support.

So glad this game got localized for sale outside of Japan.

Happy to see the demo out. Pre-ordered the limited edition though, so won't ruin any of the surprise with the demo.

I have the game on pre-order. Also the demo is available via the Xbox Store.

Yeah i totally agree with both comments on the game, would of been better if the game was an actual demo instead of just a tutorial
