    Download will not work

    I'm trying to download NCAA Football 14 on the Xbox360 it is a 6.72gb game, last night the download got up to 24% after about 3 hours and then got removed from the download que. I started having problems once I disconnected from Xbox live, it never seemed
    to get going again after that. I retried again today and it only got to 2% before removing itself from the que. Inbetween downloads I reset the modem/router, deleted all incomplete files, cleared the cache and restarted my Xbox. Need to get this fixed because
    I blew $30 on the game.

    Edit: I never get any warnings or errors. It just disappears.

    Was this a code for the game itself or something else? Typically once a full game code is redeemed, you'll be able to download the game from the

    Ready To Install     section on the console at any point to redownload a game, even if you uninstall the game after it's installed.

    Delete ALL add-ons, delete TITLE UPDATE from the game file, clear system cache, reboot Xbox, download ALL add-ons before starting the game again.

    Had you deleted the game before you tried downloading it again? If not, follow your steps listed above but delete the game first.

    You can reaccess the free download from your download history which can be accessed on the dashboard by going to Settings>Accounts>Download History.

    Games with Gold Downloads Freeze System

    Update: The only way I can log back on to my profile safely is if I sign in on the xbox website and delete the Games with Gold download from the Download Que after performing all the steps listed above.

    However, if I attempt to download this Games with Gold game again, the EXACT same problem happens every time. Other games or purchases download just fine. It is only Games with Gold downloads that brick the system.

    Before you tried re-downloading it did you delete the original download off your xbox? If not delete it from your xbox first and then try re-downloading it.
