Thank you for your help i think it was the problem everyone was experiencing over the last couple of days it sorted itself out plus i have not got a clue what you said to do guess ill have to ask a 11 year old son to do it haha anyway thank you for your

For Microsoft/Xbox accounts, there is no option to transfer a game license from one account to another. As I have checked, there is no official article from Epic games but there is no information if it's possible on their end. Since this is in-game content, it would be best to check the options available on their end.

Can you try a power cycle, please:

Often this Problems are solved after a power cycle. When it doesn't work, make a factory reset with the Option to Keep your data. You need your Login Information.
