Game Data Transfer between Xbox and PC

This is a simple question. If I repurchase a game on Windows on the Microsoft Store that I had already bought on the Xbox One, will my game data transfer to PC? I now have two copies of the same game, but will the data between them synchronize or will
I have to start anew? Because honestly, it should, its the same gamertag and acc, just on a different platform.

That wouldn't be possible. The data transfer cable is only meant to move data between 360 hard drives in the event that you get a new one. Xbox data is not meant to be seen by a PC and transferred between the 2 so you wouldn't be able to get anything from
the PC into a 360 game without violating the terms of service.

Still, a data transfer cable is only meant to be used to transfer the data between Xbox hard drives. It's not mean to be used to transfer data to a PC and Xbox files are not mean to be seen on a PC. So doing that would be a violation of the terms of service
and can put you at risk for being banned.

It depends on the game. If the game supports cross-saves then yes. If not, then you would have 2 different saves.

Xbox data is not meant to be seen by a PC and transferred between the two. There is no legit way of moving it back to a hard drive so it can be seen by the Xbox.

Hi, the data transfer cable is intended for transferring data between Xbox hard drives only. I would strongly advise against ever attempting to connect an Xbox hard drive to your PC as that can lead to you ending up with a hard drive that will not function
as an Xbox hard drive ever again.
