Game data not syncing? Or I can't install or download games because the download stops?

I can't download game also, i have it in my library, but download stops at 70% and gives me error that game can't be downloaded! Is there any chance that game data is broken?

Since you have gamepass and if the games are still on gamepass just go download them again.

I can't download them, though, because I installed my old hard drive in a new computer. The app keeps telling me I can't install the games on the old drive, because data from another device is still installed, but I also can't uninstall the old data.

I was confused that it randomly stopped downloading and then said it was installed.

When you download games from the store, they are not only downloaded they also have to be unpacked and installed. At a certain point the download will stop and you'll likely see a jump from particular percentage to 100% all in one go. This because the data
has been downloaded, it just hasn't completely installed it yet. Quite normal.
