Game credit disappeared from 3900 to 1600

To purchase any of the full games with Microsoft Points, hit X on the purchase screen to switch from a debit/credit card to points. The price will be converted from money to points such as $20 to 1600 MSP.

My commando is currently level 21 and my BA-rank is just above 3900.

I have a co-op game going as well with Maya, so some of the points are from her game.

It was a bundle pack of 5 games for 1600 pts they put on the marketplace.Ilo Milo,Lazy Raiders,Insanely Twisted Shadow Planet and 1 or 2 others.It was up for 36 hours then disappeared.

the same goes for me.I redeem a code for 1600 pointd and it disappeared?and it costed 20 dollars.is like I wasted my own money for free.

It's just not letting you buy the game directly from the credit card, however I bought two 1600 Microsoft point bundles, and it's letting me purchase it now. It's still 40 dollars either way considering the game is 3200 Microsoft points, so you don't have
to go and buy 4000. And as of now, the game is downloading.
