Game crashing.

Dear Xbox support,

well I have been playing a lot of Forza Horizon 3 But one day when I wanted to go play it some weird kind of weird thing would happen. It is not a disc game it is gameshared from my brother. But when I try loading the game up it would do the normal thing
until loading time then it freezes and the noise goes glitched. It’s really browning me because it’s my favourite game on Xbox.

Crashing Game

My XBOX ONE came with the downloadable version of FIFA 14. For the most part it is OK but it has failed to load up several times.

Now and again, it loads up to the point after the EA Sports intro, then on pressing 'A' after that, it just goes back to the home screen. After that, when trying to load it, a messages is displayed saying the game is taking too long etc... and crashes. Not had the issue with any other games.

Anybody else had this issue?

A lot of games crash back to the home screen it's not just FIFA, i get it on Peggle, BF4, Dead Rising, basically everything,

 

Check if you are still gamesharing with the account that has purchased the game

 

Your brother may have changed his password, so You need to sig in again, You need to check If his profile is still set as your home console

 

Hi! In this case performing a power cycle/hard reset usually helps:

Restart or Power Cycle Xbox One Console

 

Hi. Please press and hold the power button on your console for 10 seconds to do a hard reset. Turn the console on and try again.

If that didn't work please navigate to the game under my games and apps and press the menu button and scroll down to saved data and select to delete all locally saved data. Your saved data will sync from the cloud once you open the game again
