This is really getting beyond ridiculous now. Let me first show the countless threads created over at the game official forums "DO Microsoft read these"

Why are we waiting for a response for an issue that been happening for over a year now?

The issue is this

I can be playing the game all running great for over hour, two hours, 30mins it doesn't matter this crash is so random. They is no sign that the game is about to crash performance is excellent! Then out of nowhere the screen will freezer and close to desktop
or the screen will turn grey then go to desktop.

Event Viewer gives this error message

We appreciate you reposting this thread. Unfortunately, as we stated before when your thread was locked, only the developer can push through updates or patches. Publishers and developers have wildly different responsibilities and the developers would be
the ones to reach out to for this. It can take some time for an issue to be addressed especially on the PC where a developer has to juggle multiple hardware options to achieve compatibility. We appreciate your patience on the matter. Thank you.

I understand PC game development takes longer to iron out any game breaking bugs. What really bugs me though is silence! A simple sticky thread on official forums stating we looking into this issue etc would mean so much. Right now
the community is just left in the dark guessing if a fix is coming. if it ever does!

Am just abit Pe'd off tbh I really like playing this game.
