    Game Crashes


    I just purchased, and downloaded the game Risk on my Xbox 360. The game loads, but crashes soon after. I have deleted the game, and then installed again with no fix to this problem.

    Crashing Game

    My XBOX ONE came with the downloadable version of FIFA 14. For the most part it is OK but it has failed to load up several times.

    Now and again, it loads up to the point after the EA Sports intro, then on pressing 'A' after that, it just goes back to the home screen. After that, when trying to load it, a messages is displayed saying the game is taking too long etc... and crashes. Not had the issue with any other games.

    Anybody else had this issue?

    A lot of games crash back to the home screen it's not just FIFA, i get it on Peggle, BF4, Dead Rising, basically everything,

    Game Crashes

    Press the Guide button on your controller, go to Settings, and select System Settings.

    ◾Select Storage or Memory.

    ◾Highlight any storage device, and then press Y on your controller. (It doesn't matter which storage device you select; the cache will be cleared for all storage devices.)

    ◾Select Clear System Cache.

    ◾When prompted to confirm storage device maintenance, select Yes

    Can you try the following and let us know if it resolves your issue?

    1. Delete the game: Settings > System > Storage > [select storage device] > Games and Apps > [select title] > [select content] > Delete
      1. NOTE: If you don't find the game or add-on here, try looking in the "Games" level for a file called "Unknown Game". Delete this instead.

    2. Clear system cache: Settings > System > Storage > Highlight HDD, press "Y" > Clear Cache > Yes
    3. Restart the console

    4. Re-download from purchase history: Settings > Account > Download History > [select content] > Download Again

    Sorry to hear it guys. What size hard drive do you have on your console? What type of console do you have? Is the hard drive external or internal?

    i have a 250GB hard wef 70GB left but the game wock fine wan ur not connected to xbox live, wan ur on xbox live the game crashes?????

    How to fix my game crashing consistently?

    When fortnite crashes or god of war crashes it tells me that my game has crashed and on other games it doesn’t tell me anything it just crashes.

    These two games on Xbox 360 are worth a good amount of money but they're nowhere near as good as the original Crash Bandicoot games (the last true Crash Bandicoot was Twinsanity).

    this is what i get.

    I got 3 crashes during my playtime today.

    1. I start the game, press start then crash.

    2. Start the game again, no crash this time and manage to finish a dungeon, when i come out of dungeon, crash again( i didnt see the base at all).

    3. Start the game again. press start and crash again.

    The Outer Worlds started crashing today in game pass for PC version. Any hotfix coming?

    It is game crash on account of Game Pass because when you buy the game, it does not crash. It is really bad. I am on an important mission with no other way of entering a room then the front door. as soon as I pass the threshold, it crashes the game AND Game
    Pass.
