Game Crashes While Loading Between Main Menu and Game

Hey Support,

For the past week or 2, I have been unable to play FH3 because the game hard crahes while loading the game world. The last time I was able to successfully boot was during the Warthog Forzathon thing. I can load up to the main menu, and everything seems to
work, but when I click in to continue my game, it always hard crashes back to the desktop.

The game was working on my machine before, and I had been playing for several weeks. I am at the low end of the required specs, but I do pass the minimum system requirements, and as I had said, the game was working properly for me before. I have already
done a clean install of my graphics driver to make sure I was 100% up to date, I get no warning messages when the game boots, and I did an uninstall/re-install of the game, but nothing has resolved the issue.

Any ideas on how I can figure out what is going wrong, and how I can get the game running again? I really loved the game, and would be quite disappointed to lose it after playing it and realizing how great it was.

UPDATE: PoolNationFX can "play" offline, but the game still crashes to home while loading the main menu.

Hello Miss Diggz!

It happens in both Offline and Online. The game doesn't reach the main menu, it crashes while on the second loading screen.

And no, no message of any sorts. The Xbox just goes to the dashboard, closing the game at the same time.

Thanks for all the support you guys, it really means a lot to me that you helped me out. The guy that responded to me on the Forza reddit and helped me actually fix my problem was nothing compared the the awesome level of support that I got here. Seriously,
you guys are EXACTLY like the father I never had. Hanging out at Thanksgiving, a empty chair at the head of the table...mom was always so optimistic. But no matter how moist the turkey was, it never filled the hole in my heart.

Anyways, the problem seems to crop up because I have the Xbox One controller synched to my PC when the game starts. If it is synched, it crashes. If nt, it loads up. I can synch the controller after the game starts and then everything works fine. If you
seem to have this issue, try that.
