    Game crashes on start up, xbox shuts down following


    Every single game i have downloaded on my xbox will not start up and then it proceeds to shut my xbox off completely. I own a Xbox One X and i should not be having these problems with this console. If anyone knows anything besides unplugging and redownloading
    the game(I've already done these thing plus others) then please let me know!

    Hello, no I never had shut-downs, bluescreens, or crashes, just the entry appearing in the Reliability Monitor Report" screen, following each start up. Cheers.

    xbox keeps losing connection and mic

    You say your xbox is crashing and then disconnecting? Do you mean your game is disconnecting and thus the live game ends? Or do you mean your system crashes (shuts itself down and restarts).

    If the latter then your xbox is going up and I would look into getting it repaired and/or replaced.
