Game crashes followed by Xbox not responding to any input until unplugged

While playing forza horizon 5, my game froze and I couldn’t open the Home Screen.

I also couldn’t turn the console off using the power button ( it made the sound but stayed on). After unplugging it and plugging I back in, it works fine but I don’t think that it should do that. Does anyone know what causes this? Also, when opening 360 games it freezes during the 360 logo then cuts to the game about ten seconds later. (Series x)

It might just be a bug, I'll suggest you just clear your Xbox cache by doing a power cycle

- Turn off your console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds, until it shuts down completely.

- Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 2 minutes.

- Plug the console power cable back in. Press the Xbox button on your console to turn it on and check if it's all good.

If anything, floor it, then as it spins slowly let off the gas until the RPMs come down and it starts to catch, then give it more gas.

Or you know, just go partial throttle from the get go.

When you crash with clutch the engine will likely die and not respond to throttle inputs. Hold in the clutch while you're crashing, or if you're like me and don't think of it as you're spinning around, you just have to wait until it comes back on. Then
see above.

Followed instructions, unplugged hard drive, powercycled, played game, within 4 minutes it crashed again…..

Any other ideas, this is beyond frustrating - I love this game so much but it is now unplayable… :-(
