    Game crashes/denied refund/no way to contact support


    Bought a new game it keeps crashing game is unplayable after all trouble shooting. Microsoft doesn’t make it easy to contact anyone through support. Refund request denied because I played the game on free play days. But when I bought the game and it doesn’t want to play now I am no longer aloud a refund? Why does Microsoft have no way of contacting support and sends dead links that do not work?

    Hello Kevin, If you filled out the refund request form and your request was not approved, unfortunately we here in the community cannot help you with this matter.

    The refund department is a separate offline department which can only be contacted via the email sent to you.

    Unfortunately not even Xbox support can help you in cases like this.

    Microsoft will take your money and will not refund it when things don’t work out. They will lock this thread as they do all of them because they don’t want conversations showing their negative company and ways

    contact support to see if they can help.

    if you have played the game for more than 2 hours and/or owned for more than a few days they deny refunds, contact support to explain about the constant lag and the game is broken, they may assist, if you have had several refunds in the past 12 months then
    they usually deny too.

    If you got an email denying the refund, reply to it, and explain why you want the refund. Microsoft should then give you one.
