Game crashes continuing Legendary Campaign for Halo 4

Playing Halo 4 on legendary on the mission requiem at around 80%+ through the mission, when i try to resume the campaign it loads over half the way freezes then crashes to the xbox home screen, had spoken to microsoft support live chat and went through multiple
steps, including removing and adding my account back, which didn't work.

Looking for players to play through campaign on legendary!

I need players asap to play campaign for halo 4 on legendary with me, hmu!

 

I completed all campaigns in Legendary...but I cant get the HelioSkrill armor in Halo 5, help :c

So I finished all 4 mayor games campaigns in Legendary, I got the achievements for Halo 2, 3 and 4. But for some strange reason Halo CE achievements are missing, the game itself shows me that I have completed the campaign but it didnt give the achievement...I
need help

if you had read my initial post i stated that i went through multiple steps with microsoft, which was pretty much this exact guide, regardless i went through the again and still could not resume the campaign.

 

the final step i gives is this:

Step 12: Check for disc drive errors
If your Xbox One console is unable to play any disc-based games, you should check to see if a disc drive issue is causing the problem. Please see How to troubleshoot problems playing
a disc on your Xbox One for help troubleshooting disc drive errors on your Xbox One console.

it is absolutely not the disc drive as it is only the one instance where this has happened, also i was told by someone from microsoft live chat to contact the developer, which is 343i, they dont have a direct contact, only halo waypoint, which the post i made
there was a useless as this one.

 

What an absolute dead end this was, no solution or even a second reply. great work microsoft.
