Game Crashes and add-ons not recognized before joining xbox insider.

Yes I have heard about Scorpio but didn't watch it at E3 and the way I have read about it. The specs inside of it will run mods on it really well. It's just at the moment on the Xbox One the specs inside seem to struggle to handle big mods on Fallout with
crashing over and over. And even crashing before the game loads up so with this new Xbox version. Hopefully it's step in the right path for mods for console.

This is my wish list of Xbox and Xbox 360 games that I want to be playable on Xbox One, as well as Project Scarlett. Feel free to add any more games you want to be backwards compatible below, in order to spark interest of the developers to make them playable:

The Nightmare Before Christmas: Oogie's Revenge (Xbox)

Crash Bandicoot: The Wrath of Cortex (Xbox)

Crash Nitro Kart (Xbox)

Crash Twinsanity (Xbox)

Crash Tag Team Racing (Xbox)

Crash of the Titans (Xbox 360)

Crash: Mind Over Mutant (Xbox 360)

The Simpsons would be also a good add

Hey Marc! We heard back from the investigative team and they'd like to collect some additional information. If you get a chance, could you answer the following questions for us so we can pass it back to them?

1. When you say crashing on startup, are you seeing any UI before the app crashes? If so, what screen are you seeing right before it crashes?
2. Upon uninstalling and reinstalling the Xbox App, which of the following is happening?
   1. Does it give you an option to sign in, and you can type in your account information before it crashes?
   2. Does it go straight to the signing-in screen (a green screen with a spinner on the bottom) as if it knows your account information, and then crashes?
   3. Are you not even getting any UX before it crashes?
3. If you are able to sign in before crashing (option (a) in the list above), can you please try creating a new dummy account and sign in using that account to see if it still
   crashes? We need to determine whether this is a condition specific to your device or whether it is specific to your account before we can proceed further.
4. Are you willing to have us pass the e-mail address that you normally use to log in with along to the teams as they would like to investigate if there is anything unusual about
   the settings of that account.

Hey there!

I'm sorry to hear about the crashing issue. Which game is this happening with? If you install the game to your internal hard drive, does the game still crash?

We need a bit more information before we can try to figure out what the issue is.
