Game crashes after new UI update

I have Forza Horizon 3 digitally, after the new UI update, when I get on the game and "Press A to start" the game will load for a second then crash. I have tried power cycling the console and that has not worked.

Anyone else having a problem with the new update

The software designers as well as their dept heads, who do the updates all need to be fired.

Just bring back the people who did the 360 UI. That's awesome. Yea the new UI crashes my dad's console a lot too. It's messed up even I don't understand it - lol

Xbox One Dashboard Preview App Issues

My Xbox One Dashboard Preview App Registration Status is Enrolled & i am even getting Updates.... Last update received on 26th June 2015, but still my UI is old one. So why i am not getting new UI even after my status is enrolled & getting updates also,
are the updates region locked or some other things, i am from India....Please help me out....

Hi,

If you are experiencing issues with Forza Horizon 3 after an update, there are possibilities that the update incompletely installed or corrupted. There are several ways to have this issue resolved.

You can follow the suggested methods below to make the game up and running again:

Method 1. Power cycle your Xbox One console.

You can reset, perform a full power cycle, or physically disconnect your Xbox One console to reboot it completely and fix many common issues. This process does not erase any of your games or data.

Turn off the Xbox One console by pressing the Xbox button on the front of the console for about 10 seconds until it shuts down completely. 

Unplug the console's power cable. Wait 10 seconds. Be sure to wait 10 seconds. This step resets the power supply.

Plug the console power cable back in.

Press the Xbox button on your console to turn on the Xbox One.  

Method 2. Clear the storage cache on the console.

Press the menu key on the controller.  

Go to Settings, and then select Disc & Blu-Ray.  

In the Blu-Ray section select Persistent Storage.  

Select Clear persistent storage.

Method 3. Clear Mac address.

Scroll left on the Home screen to open the guide.  

Select Settings.  

Select All Settings.  

Select Network.  

Select Network settings.  

Select Advance settings.  

Select Alternate MAC address.  

Select Clear.

If there are new updates, please install it on your console.

We will appreciate if you can update us the results so if these solutions won't work, we will find another way to resolve your concern.

No, what im asking is that why do i have the old ui instead of the new ui after i fully resetted my computer and why the new ui only appears on the xbox, xbox console companion and minecraft (from the in-game sign in button)

looking forward to these new updates. Hoping for a new UI design when the new xbox is released more tidy and unique UI would be nice to have.

I have also got this error, it all started after the new update. The game will last for about 20 minutes and then crash.

This happens on new games as well
