    Game Crashes After Each Puzzle Is Completed


    The post title says it all. I'm running Windows 10. Jigsaw game closes after each puzzle is completed. I have to reopen the app and work my way back to the group of puzzles I'm working on. I don't think the game syncs with the cloud because when I had to
    reinstall Windows in November I had completed all the puzzle packs but one. I had redo most of them. Today the game won't open puzzles. The app opens but when I try to open a particular puzzle, the app closes. Why have an app that's not being supported? Put
    us out of our misery by just pulling it from the selections.

    Please fix the freezing up glitch on Daily Puzzles

    Please can you fix the glitch that causes the game to freeze after almost each puzzle is completed. Very frustrating as you loose the puzzle you have completed. Then you have to complete it again. Grrr

  3. App continues to crash

    The daily challenges crash close each time I try to play. It will download the daily puzzles but after selecting one, when it starts to open (and play an advertisement I assume) it crashes and closes. I WAS only able to do puzzles in my collections of
    "Classic Jigsaw" but now that is crashing after I've had a puzzle open for a few minutes. After a few moves, this now crashes and closes. PLEASE FIX!!!

    Yes, the problem still exists. I have un-installed and re-installed the program twice. When the program re-installs, my current coins earned come back, but the "complete puzzles" do not. However, when I download one of the puzzles that I previously completed, each individual puzzle of that series shows it has already been completed. I work the puzzles at the "expert" level and have over 1,929,000 points earned. I have been using this game at least 5 years and enjoy it immensely. This problem started about two weeks ago after the latest Windows 10 automatic update.

    Jigsaw has stopped working

    my total points stopped updating and as I finished a puzzle, the application would close, forcing me to have to open open Jigsaw again. Once open, I could see the star that showed I completed a puzzle, but no points had been awarded. I could then complete
    each of the other puzzles, one at a time, receiving a completion star but no points, and being forced off the app each time.

    Thanks for the details, do you see the issue happening on other computers as well? When it crashes, are you seeing it directly after a game ends or during an add?

    I tried your link to more complex technical issues. My problem wasn't in the list. Your second link tried to sell me all the puzzles I've already purchased. I started in the Xbox Insider Program Forums a couple of days ago. All I got out of that was
    a suggestion to use the Facebook site. So, here I am. If you go back to the forums starting on 28 March 2017, you'll find that I wasn't the only person who had this problem. It was widespread. For about a month, I followed suggestions that the other posters
    received. Some had success; most had failures. I got fed up and found my work around. Work a puzzle. Let it crash. Reload and work another puzzle. I uninstalled Jigsaw Premium then re-installed. All of my accumulated puzzle sets were gone. I could
    go reload any of them without further payment. I can rework any of those puzzles without crashing. However, they do show that they've been worked. I have bought a few new sets. They are the ones that crash upon successful completion of a puzzle. After
    I reload, the box is marked with a star on whatever puzzle I worked.
