Game crashed to home after freezing

so im trying to play a game but cant get past the menu as it freezes then crashes to dashboard it only does it on my account. ive rebooted the xbox, reinstalled the game, cleaned the disk. nothing seems to work.

it is on an external hard drive. if you need more info let me know.

Nuclear Optin Quest Game crashing to Home Screen

After I recieved this (Trigger Device) that goes Boom, my game just freezes & Crashed to the home Screen. Tried different saves & different faction, still freeze & crashed to the home screen. Tried Power Cycle on ds One, still does not work.

Help...

Fallout 4 flat out crashing?

HMMM. i went to cit ruins for a story mission and didn't have that problem. does it freeze and start stuttering then back out to home? Ive had it crash on me twice in over 50 hours.

Same here. Crashing more frequently during exercises - back to home., reopen fast forwarded to carry on (but lost progress), only for it crash again soon after.

Also freezing due to insufficient bandwidth intermittently.... which is rubbish , as I know there's plenty of capacity.

i always have freezing problems and its a digital copy and it happened on my physical copy too which annoyed the hell out of me what the hell is wrong with u turn 10 and playground why does these 2 wonderful games crash alot after a few hours of gameplay
then it starts to freeze and then after a few freezes it crashes

My console is freezes randomly when this game is running, and randomly crashing after completing a match.
