Game crash issues

Hey folks, name is [Mod Removed]

I bought my used xbox one from Game Stop about I would say April near May. My pre owned system, had call of duty ghosts on the harddrive ready to go. Which was odd, figured they would wipe everything right??

Anyways, I've been noticing while in online matches weather it's Extinction, and or death match scenarios, my game will actually boot me to the main xbox dashboard where i can pick and choose what I want to do with my xbox.

Has anyone else seen this, or experience this. Because, it sucks, when your playing search and destroy and all of a sudden your booted to dashboard.

Could it be little hackers and modders, Doing this to you?

Anyways. I've been told from some kid @ Game Stop, to uninstall, and reinstall, tried that still getting booted back to main Dash. Next, he told me get the CD version of game, and try that. That i haven't tried yet, buying a used copy of the HARDCOPY of
the game, maybe that will help.. Uninstalling the digital version, and loading in the hard cd copy, and then going and downing the digital rip from the store.

Any help would be great

Game crash issues

Me and a friend of mine have also been experiencing similar issues while playing Call of Duty: Ghosts multiplayer. Last night during an online match the game crashed and the system booted me to the home screen where I was unable to relaunch the game or do
anything else (although i could still talk to the people in my party). After about 15 seconds the entire system crashed and rebooted itself, then about a half hour later the same thing happened again!

so i get on again tonight and it happens within 10 minutes of turning on the system and then again right after!!!

does anybody know whats going on?

I'ts apparently a bug with battlefield and they should have a title update out tomorrow. idk about other games with the same problem though.

Sorry to hear about the game crashing issues. I would like to ask a few questions to get a little more clarity on the issue.

1. Does this issue only occur with Call of Duty Ghosts?
2. Is it possible that you might have already purchased Call of Duty digitally before purchasing the console?

Hey didn't even know someone replied. I stopped coming here cause nobody said a word. It's only COD. I think I bought it digi on my 360, and it's on the HD. I don't have a 360 anymore. And, the game was already on the xbox system itself. when I bought it
used. It was reset to its factory settings and stuff, so I booted it up added whatever info they needed. unless it new me and downloaded it for me, without me knowing. at a super fast speed, cause i checked to see what was on HD, and the GOLD EDITION was loaded.
So, strange, but yeah it's just COD that boots me to dashboard, just played with a friend, he goes yeah dude i got dashboard.. we were in a match had a huge group and it got booted to dashboard. I think they rushed COD for xbox one.
