It seems you have tried everything I would recommend - if you did do the factory reset keeping games and apps and then again, erasing everything.

This could be a problem with the game itself or the game's servers, regarding this crash.

If you are asking for games from Xbox Beta App or UWP apps from the Microsoft Store, you cannot have the same game installed in more than one directory. And as the games are protected with DRM, you cannot move them by copy pasting either.
