Discus and support Game Crash Assistance in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; I downloaded Capcom "Resident Evil 5" and "Resident Evil 6" i can play solo however if i try to play multiplayer it sends me into a Searching Screen...     Game Crash Assistance


    I downloaded Capcom "Resident Evil 5" and "Resident Evil 6" i can play solo however if i try to play multiplayer it sends me into a Searching Screen and crashes. When it searches after a few seconds it makes this weird "Eehrrrr" noise and then sends me to
    the Xbox home dashboard. I looked online and asked people if the game was broken or the servers are down but they all say no. I tried the Disk and digital version and nothing changes. i reinstalled it and still nothing! I tried resetting both wifi and Xbox
    and nothing has worked. Please Help, Thank You!

    Have you tried completely uninstalling and reinstalling the game? The current installation you have could be corrupt, preventing launch. That's the only thing I did not see in your list of attempted troubleshooting steps.

    How is the disc, by the way? Does it have scratches? After you've uninstalled the game, you can take the console offline and reinstall the base files with just the disc alone, which should effectively test whether the disc is good or not.

    Hi! Like mentioned you should make sure your NAT status is open by adding the ports to your internet routers settings. Although it would surprise me if this would cause the game crashing. How did you reset your Xbox One? I'd recommend to do a factory reset
    with keeping your games and apps (so that you don't have to install them again):
