Game controller without effect

Hello,

I have a problem, my xbox 360 don't recognize game controller. I try with two Game controller. I follow this : http://support.xbox.com/fr-FR/xbox-360/accessories/wireless-controller-disconnects-frequently-or-can...
. I try :

• connect and disconnect
• change battery
• connect with cable
• try with a second game controller (but it is old)
• connect cable in the second port
• synchronise game controller and console

And nothing. If game controller is connected with cable, I can turn on console but it's all. Console is power on, I see the start screen, but led in game controller flash and control have no effect. The synchronization does not succeed. I try all usb port,
nothing better.

And, finally, when I power off my console, it turn off slowly, and make 2 green flash.

So... where is the problem ? On my console or on my controller ?

Are these Official Xbox 360 controllers? Have you tried to connect these controllers to another console yet to see if they are able to connect?
