    Game controller on won't work Game Pass Cloud gaming on Edge.


    Hello. I am trying to use Game Pass Cloud Gaming on my PC. It's not a great PC, and I want to play something more graphically intense, that's why I'm using the cloud. However, when using Game Pass Cloud Gaming through Edge, it doesn't recognise my controller. It is an Xbox wired PC controller. It works on the Game Pass App when I'm playing my simpler games (like Ninja Turtles). Do I have to buy a new controller?

    My game pass has stopped working and it was working a few days ago my subscription is all paid up. I'm not getting any help from the Xbox help team, the website keeps making me go round in circles

    Kindly check if you can play your games using MS edge on your Xbox via cloud gaming by signing in at Xbox.com/play so we can further check if your game pass is working.

    I also tried Nintendo pro controller and it was the same. Once I launch the fortnite on cloud gaming it does not read the controller. I used Safari on my iPad mini and chrome and also edge and nothing worked. Is it true that for web gaming only Xbox controllers are compatible?

    Thanks for for the image. Please try to unpair and pair again your controller. If same issue, try to reinstall your Xbox Game Pass application.

    Alternatively, please try to access cloud gaming using a Google Chrome browser or Microsoft Edge browser via xbox.com/play

    No. Series S/X games won't work on a One. The only way they can be played on the One is if they're available through cloud gaming with Game Pass Ultimate.
