Game continues Queuing but no other games in download area, also can't download updates

Are you still experiencing this issue while trying to download Fibbage? If so, I would suggest trying out these troubleshooting steps:

• Power cycle your Xbox One console.
  
• Once the console is off completely, unplug all cords from your console.
  
• Leave everything unplugged for a few minutes.
• Plug your console and cords back in and turn it on.
• Check your Network Connection. (Settings > Network > Test Network Connection)
  
• Try downloading the game again.

I had the same problem but when I spoke to a support officer , he told me that it was nothing to do with your wireless connection but it was my broadband connection.. It was too weak. He gave me advice in how to download a free app that can check the
strength of my broadband signal. It showed my broadband signal as 0.02MBp. Which meant that it would have taken about a year to download my game. It was weak because I didn't have my micro filter plugged directly into my telephone socket. After rectifying
that my broadband strength increased to 9.08MBp..

Some games require updates you should get an option to download and install updates either before the game downloads or after the games downloads try clearing all the queue and clear the cache then download the games one at a time (no queuing) and try either
updating during download or download the game then update after.

I can't see any other reason why some do download fine and others don't

Update: i followed everything Mister Fizzle recommended including the transfer license, clearing system and marketplace cache, restarting xbox, tested connection speed (9.7Mbps) and even trieded queuing it up form the website. I literally tried all the above
steps and i still can't download. Also after transferring the license it still says under my active downloads next to the game "Assigned to other console."

Found the issue! There was an update to this game queued in the 'Downloads and Updates' section of the Microsoft Store. I think the update was stuck there in limbo, as I'd uninstalled the game. Downloading the update now - and now it shows up as downloading
in the Xbox app.
