Game continue to freeze up

I was sent FAQ's on freezing, none of these are my problem. The game was working fine until very recently. Something is happening with the ads. Some function fine, the NBA one slows the screen, and when there is no ad displaying the game completely freezes
up for some time until another commercial finally starts.

Minecraft

Each time I try to connect to Minecraft it freezes up and won't let me continue.

Not a spoiler you idiot the game is backing out and stops playing it is still continues to stop playing at one point in the game and it is not a spoiler the game is freezing up you idiot.

Thanks for reaching out to us with this issue. It sounds like your game is freezing up and causing the console to freeze. My recommendation is to use our

Game Freeze solution wizard to troubleshoot the issue so that you can continue to play normally.

And just to be clear, is the game freezing when you play it or when you try to download it?

If it’s freezing while you’re playing it, I would probably try deleting and reinstalling the game to see if that works. If it’s freezing up during download, or still continues to freeze while you’re playing it, I will try to do a hard reset on the console,
leave it unplugged after that for a few minutes, and then try it again
