Game Content from Microsoft Store

Hello All, I recently purchased some characters for Injustice II from the Microsoft store. However I cannot download them on to the Game platform on my X-Box One. I see the order, so I know it went trough. My card was charge. I just can't select the
characters. Has anyone ever run into this problem. If so, please advise.

When you go to the site where you bought the DLC from - does it allow to install? or play? or does it say Purchase?

If the game is an Play anywhere title you should be able to download the dlc on your xbox and your pc. For the Xbox go to the games and app tap, select the game and then select manage game. there should be a ready to install section. There should be your
dlcs waiting for you to download.

If I´m not totally wrong Injustice II is not a play anywhere game..

Go to the game and press the menu button and select manage game.

Check there to see if it's been downloaded.

In the meantime please try highlighting the game and press the Start button on your controller. Select Manage Game then go to Ready to Install to see if the DLC is listed there.
