game content for 2 profiles?

My kids want to buy the fifa 17 super deluxe version. When they buy this game i have to install it under the profile of one of them. However you also get gold packages every week when you purchase this version. Do they both get the packages or only the one
under which profile i installed the game? Because they both payed an equal amount it would be unfair if one of them got all gold packages.. Hope someone can get it clear for me.

xbox one: xbox360 - borderlands & mass effect additional content

borderlands(game of the year edition) and mass effect (platinum hits) games loaded fine but disc 2 with same 360 DLC content does not load.

Content is only available if you purchased or will repurchase DLC for additional content.

Forza 4 Essentials edition

Disc 2 content isn't available on the marketplace.It's part of the game that contains all the tracks.You need the full game to access disc 2 content.

The gold packs would be a one-time thing for the account which owns the game. As far as I know they are non-transferrable between accounts.

I hope this clarifies things, though I appreciate it may not have been the answer you were hoping for.

Well that's not how home console works

Ok so let's call your profile profile 1 and your xbox one x console 1

Your son profile is profile 2 and console 2 for thr xbox one

Since profile 1 is gold console 2 MUST BE set to home console for profile 1 and profile 2 can use the gold from that and be signed into his own profile 2

HOWEVER gold is NOT required on fortnite or any f2p games

Profile 1 can play on console 1

Profile 2 can use your content on console 2 only

While profile 1 can use your content on console 1 as long as you are connected to live

You cannot be signed in on two different places

What you are talking about is guest account NOT home console

Your profile must be signed out of console 2

Each profile can set ONE console at a time as their home console and any other profile on that console can then play that profiles digital games and use its subscriptions without the profile with the
ownership of the games and subscriptions being signed in at the same time.

Good to know, but if i got my own console and this new console to my home console then this did not work anymore on the old console right?

So i set the console to my home console on my account to an now it works - he has all the Content of the game, but i think this is not the solution for the initial Problem, because he bought and installed a seperate copy of the full
game (Ultimate Edition) and so it should work without my account set to home console so that i share my game data with him.

And that is the real Problem which should be solved. So i checked what is installed on the console under his profile and compared it to my profile:

His installed game files:

- Red Dead Redemption 2

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Special Edition Content

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition Content

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Pre Order Bonus War Horse

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Pre Order Bonus War Treausre Map

My installed game files:

- Red Dead Redemption 2

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Special Edition Content

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Ultimate Edition Content

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Pre Order Bonus War Horse

- Red Dead Redemption 2 Pre Order Bonus War Treausre Map

So we both have installed exactly the same game files, but if is only logged in, Nothing of the Special and ultimate edtion either the pre order Bonus stuff is loaded and accessible in the game. And that ist no correct. So what's the
Problem?

Both accounts are on the same xbox already. They were before the xbox was sent in for repair. I was able to play the content from the other profile before the xbox was sent in.

For example the other profile had the All Fronts Collection for Gears of War 2. This profile was always able to play that content before I sent the console in. Now I can not access that content with this profile.

Go into the profile you purchased the content on and download the game again. Follow this link and follow the instructions for solution 2.
